If this new flu mutates?

mutation is why there is a new vaccine every year and they can't always keep up...like some types of flu mutate so rapidly they just can't make a vaccine...more people died this year from lyme disease than flu. there were 36,000 cases of lyme reported in NY in 2008 second only to aids at 39,000..blood infections are the danger and now that bacteria and virus infections have joined forces death is just a breath away.
