I'm 15, 5'2" and weigh between 120 and 128 lbs. I feel fat?
I do not currently play any athletic sports, but I go for at least one walk or run a day. I also do aerobic and cardio workouts/ weight lifting about 6 days a week. I am diabetic, but I have all my blood sugars and insulin regimens under control so that doesn't have anything to do with my weight. I would like to get my weight down to 100- 105 lbs, which I was about two years ago. I have been told that I'm not fat and that I just have "really big legs that I inherited", but my legs were not always big. I would just like to look more proportionate for my height, which has been 5'2" for the last three years. I keep my calorie intake under 2000 calories a day, but my weight seems to be staying the same no matter how much I work at it. Any suggestions?
