Hello from the UK,whats the story with BART S?...?

im from over the pond,top answerer in motorbikes/car maintenance,ive seen him answer in the uk,he seams to give half decant info....but when sniffing round the USA site [sort of spreading my wings]there seams to be ''something going on'' with him ,his answers and what other answerer's think about him...so whats the crack??
