I have pain in my right shoulder.?

When I cross my right arm over to the left side past mid line (example when I put my deodorant on under my left arm with right hand). The pain radiates down the upper arm. Also when I try to abduct raise the arm while out to side (arm is level to shoulder at 90 degrees) past 90 degrees, I feel the same pain. Throughout the day I also have sharp pain in the shoulder, upper arm, and all the way down to my fingers, but this is just occasionally. This pain is nauseating. Anyone else have any experience of this nature with the shoulder. I also have a bad neck and I am wondering if it could be a pinched nerve in the neck.
