Are these players overrated?

Shaun Wright-Phillips is most definitely overrated. His game is pace, pace and more pace. He should have developed his game by now, he is 27, no longer a young player. As with Lennon, Pennant etc his final ball is almost always poor and he tends to give the ball away alot.
