Having a family and going through school?

I truly understand. Truth is: You can do everything you want. You just can't do it all at the same time. You have not said if you have found the love of your life that you want to have a family with. A lot depends on that. I say pursue your medical education. Anyone who really loves you would want you to achieve your goals and support you all the way. As for diverting to another related field, you never know when you might discover the right one.
