I finally decided to start working out everyday! This time I'm going to actually stick with my plan. My thighs & stomach are starting to get super flabby/squishy XD Soooo best ways to tone: legs, arms, abs (tone NOT a 6 pack people lol) What has worked for you? Trying to vary my workouts so I don't get bored & give up. Thanks in advance! :]
