Why wont Reid even put obamacare up for a vote for repeal in the Senate?

This is exactly got people pissed off in the first place---dems doing what THEY WANT, DESPITE WHAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WANTED. How is his stance on refusing to even put it on the floor, going to effect future discussions about anything with the GOP? How is anything going to get done with behavior like this? Is Reid going to stop everything the congress sends to the senate if HE doesnt like it? Does he have more power than obama?
