What future problems am I going to have after having my bladder cut, during a c- section?

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but, I am aware that I am not the only person this has happened to. During the delivery with my second child my uterine bladder was cut. I was told not to worry about anything it would heal and everything would go back to normal. But what I wasn't told was how normal things would go back together. I know that there are risks when having a c-section but, if I could have natural birth I would have much rather done that this time around things just didn't go that way. I was released from the hospital wearing a JP(Jackson Pratt) drain to collect drainage from the incision area.I also went home wearing a catheter and I wore this for 3 weeks. I went and had a cystogram done and it showed that there was no leakage in my bladder but, I am troubled because since the removal of the tube I keep having pain when I urinate. Along with the pain it feels like my bladder moves up and down and my back will not stop hurting. I was give pain medication for it but, it only takes the edge off and that's only in my back. I have also had several repeat urine test done blood test etc... and it all comes back negative for infection. I have a weird like tingling sensation in my urethra and when I lean it tingles even more and this feeling is there when I sit forward as well. Does anybody know if this is all connected and what should I do does this go away or am I facing something that won't can someone who has any kind of advice give it to me. I am 10 weeks out of surgery and I am still feeling the same pains what's next?
