Is Enemy Territory Quake Wars (PC) Online game?

I have purchased Enemy Territory Quake Wars (PC) and I have enaballed punk buster but when i play multiplayer, it actually isnt multiplayer all the players are bots. IS THERE MULTI PLAYER FOR Enemy Territory Quake Wars (PC)!?!? Best answer will have to have: Answer (y/n) and if (y) explain reasons to why I am not able to access it.
