Either wait for the ticket or be proactive and contact law enforcement. The ticket will generally go to the owner of the car, but if the photo evidence shows someone else was driving You personally should be able to get out of the ticket. Be polite if you go to court and mind your Sir's & Ma'am's- that will go much farther with a judge than any picture will too. You might want to contact a lawyer too.
