Help me I have this hang up?

ok iam a 44 year old woman, I have a nice career, and love my jobs, i even love my paret time job, But i have this hang up, i cant stand it, i cant stant younger people taking over my supervisors jobs, or any younger people half my age telling me what to do? Even when they are in their 30s, i cant stand that, it makes my skin crawl, Now i get along okk, and smile and do my own thing, but i cant stand it when, an younger person tells me what to do on a job, Can you help me out a little, when i go home i wantr to cry, i feel that kids are haunting me, I have been around the block, and do not need their input
