Fetal movement & uterus contracting @ 12wks?

Ok so I'm due in August, I'm currently 12 wks pregnant. This is my 2nd baby. Is it possible to be feeling fetal movement this early? I've heard a lot of women who are carrying their 2nd, 3rd child, etc. can feel fetal movement this early. I think I've been experiencing some movements the past couple days, a few twinges and last night as I was laying down it felt like a little push in my lower abdomen. I've also started to notice as of last night my uterus feels like its contracting & balling up really hard? Is this normal?
