Does anybody know this song?...?

I thought it was called..."The state I'm in?"...but checking youtube it isnt...Some of the words go like this...When they gave out eyes?... i thought they said ties!...so I got me one blue and brown one...when they gave out chins?...I thought they said Gins! and I ordered me a double?...when they gave out ears?...I thought they said beers!... so I ordered two jugs with big handles...etc...etc...the last line is when they gave out ?...I thought they said necks....And now im having a problem holding my head up!!!...
