Best thing to use with body washes?

sponges are good I think as you can get the mage sponges that that help to exfoliate. You can use a flannel too but you wont get the same scrub effect as you would with a mage sponge. Try one of those net scruchie body puff things as they can be good but they dont scrub as well. Alternatives to exfoliating gloves are regular bath mits as they are not so scratchy.
